We don’t bill insurance directly, but our services are self-pay. If your insurance plan covers nutrition services, we can provide a Superbill that you can submit for possible reimbursement. Many clients also use a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to pay for sessions. Some plans may require a Letter of Medical Necessity from your doctor, stating that nutrition support is recommended for a specific health condition. Once you have that, you can often pay directly with your HSA/FSA card or submit receipts for reimbursement. Always check with your plan to see what documentation is needed.

From our experience, diet plans tend to be short-lived. At first, they can feel like the perfect solution—someone else has done the planning for you—but they rarely provide the lasting skills needed to feel confident in your food choices or your relationship with eating. Instead, our work together is collaborative, focusing on practical tools such as meal and snack ideas and guidance on finding portion sizes that feel supportive and sustainable for you
