We get it-midlife and menopause can feel confusing, exhausting, and full of questions. And we know how frustrating it can be to try everything, follow every tip, and still not feel like yourself.

As Registered Dietitian Nutritionists, and women who have been through this stage ourselves, we bring both professional expertise and personal experience to help you navigate it with confidence. Over decades of working in clinical care, community health, and personalized coaching, we’ve helped countless women restore energy, improve health, and feel more like themselves again.

About Us

Our Mission

Our mission is simple: to empower women in midlife with personalized nutrition guidance, practical strategies, and clear, accurate information they can trust. We focus on delivering evidence-based techniques that simplify the science and make lasting change possible, so you can thrive, not just survive, through menopause and beyond.

Why We’re Different

We’ve been where you are, and we know it’s not always easy. That’s why we don’t rely on fads or one-size-fits-all advice. Instead, we provide personalized, evidence-based guidance that’s practical, realistic, and tailored to your stage of life. By blending science with compassionate coaching, we help you feel your very best today, and build a foundation for lasting health, vitality, and joy as you age.

How We Can Help

We provide evidence-based education and individualized support to help women manage the physical, mental, and emotional changes of midlife. Our approach includes:

  • Group classes and personalized nutrition guidance tailored to menopause and midlife health focusing on quality of nutrient intake to support healthy weight, bone strength, cardiovascular health, and chronic disease prevention.

  • Lifestyle strategies for sustainable weight management and physical activity to improve overall health and reduce disease risk.

  • Behavioral coaching to set achievable goals, build healthy habits, and maintain long-term well-being.

  • Practical tools and resources for meal planning, exercise, and self-monitoring to empower informed decision-making.

The compassionate, science-based guidance helped me understand how my body’s chemistry shifts and how to support it with food, movement, and mindset. I left with tools I could use immediately.
