"Thrive Forward is a comprehensive 10-week lifestyle management program with a dual approach:
Personalized support, educational resources, food logging guidance (optional), accountability check-ins, and continuous support.
Weekly group virtual sessions where you’ll engage in meaningful discussions about the weekly topic with a supportive community of women on the same journey.

Each week, you'll receive a 20-minute nutrition video, our Thrive Track, covering a key topic to watch at your convenience. You'll also have 10 live online sessions where we dive deeper into the topic, discuss practical applications, and support each other. Sessions include menopause- specific nutrition education, symptom management, meal planning tips, and personalized guidance—all within a supportive community.

Meetings are scheduled once weekly for 10 weeks, with additional support available as needed.

Thrive Forward is available virtually, allowing flexibility to fit your schedule and preferences. Classes will be recorded for later review if you are unable to attend in person.

You will have access to email support, educational materials, and periodic check-ins to help keep you on track.
If you choose the food logging option we will analyze your macro-nutrient intakes and provide specialized guidance and suggestions.
